The Golden Age Club usually meets on the second Tuesday of each month.  We have breakfast or lunch, and have a wonderful time just enjoying the food and fellowship.  Some of our favorite places include Showmars, Sun Valley Café, The Palace, and Cracker Barrel.

In addition to our monthly fellowship meals, we usually have 2 or 3 out-of-county outings each year.  Some of our favorite mountain day-trips include Boone, Blowing Rock, and Jefferson.  Each spring, we enjoy traveling to Rock Hill and spend time in the Azalea Gardens.  Some of our other trips that everyone enjoys include the Hamlet Train Depot and Mayberry (Mt. Airy).  In the past, we also took a 3-day trip to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg.  Our church has it's own 24-passenger bus, so extended trips are not a problem.

ALL seniors and friends are welcome to join us on our trips and outings.  We always have a wonderful time!  Come and join our growing group and enjoy the fellowship and God's beauty around us!!  Check back often to see where our travels will take us next!
